89PHP Register: Every Field on the Sign-Up Panel

Before you fill in the 89PHP register panel, make three decisions: which mobile number, which password, and whether you are 21+. The panel is short. It sits behind Register in the lobby header and asks for four things, so it takes a couple of minutes once the decisions are made. Afterwards the 89PHP login panel takes the same number and password.

What to decide before you register

Make these choices first, because the panel gives you no second screen to change your mind on.

1. Use your own mobile number, one you can receive messages on tomorrow as well as today.
2. Check that the number has a GCash or Maya wallet in your own name (the wallet note below says why).
3. Make up a password you do not use for email, social media or any other site.
4. Confirm you are 21+. The lobby footer carries a 21+ mark, and this site says 21+ everywhere.

89PHP register in six steps

1. Decide on your number, password and age, using the list above.
2. Open the lobby in your phone’s browser and use Register in the header, next to Login. A panel headed “Create a game account” opens.
3. Type your mobile number after the +63 prefix. The placeholder reads “9***** Fill in your phone number”.
4. Fill Password, then Confirm Password with the same text.
5. Complete the “Verify you are human” box.
6. Use the wide button at the bottom of the panel, then log in with the same number and password.

The panel carries the line “Already have an account? Login”, so a returning player can jump straight to the login side. Fields run top to bottom as in this table, read on 12 October 2026.

Four fields are missing, and that is useful to know. There is no username, email, referral-code or birthday field, so a page that asks for any of those is not showing you this panel.

The wallet note and what the number is for

Under the phone number field the panel prints “Wallet linked automatically”. The lobby’s Important Notice picture, shown when the lobby loads, reads “THIS NUMBER IS YOUR GCASH / MAYA FOR WITHDRAWALS” and points at the same field. Together they say one thing: the mobile number you register is the number the lobby treats as your GCash or Maya wallet for withdrawals.

Example: Ana registers with her sister’s number because her own SIM is out of credit. The wallet that number links to is her sister’s, not hers. Register with a number whose wallet is in your own name.

The lobby shows no deposit method, limit, fee or time before login. After you log in, open Deposit or Withdraw and read what those screens show.

89php sign up: pick the password with care

Your password is the only secret on a form that otherwise asks for a phone number you already carry around. These checks take a minute.

1. Type it twice, as the panel asks, and compare the two on screen if your keyboard shows them.
2. Keep it different from your phone’s PIN and from your wallet’s PIN.
3. Never send it, or a one-time code, to anyone who contacts you first. The lobby’s own safety notice says staff do not contact players first.
4. Write down how you will recover it: the login panel’s Forgot Password? link starts with identity checking by the same number.

Register account from an address you checked

Start the panel from the right place. The lobby carries on several addresses, and some forward your browser first, so confirm the page before you type a number.
