89PHP JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

JILI is among the studios covered here whose corporate detail is open to direct checking; this page therefore states what is checkable and marks what is not.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

JILI in the Philippine market

Has PAGCOR EGLD-approved game content and runs a marketing site aimed at the Philippines. Legal commentary stresses that no PAGCOR operator licence is held by JILI itself; any site offering JILI games therefore stands on the licence of its own operator, not on the JILI name.

Licences the studio holds

The only licence JILI is recorded as holding is PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). Studio licence and operator licence are not interchangeable: the first covers the company making the games, the second the casino offering them, and a player’s recourse runs through the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — Among the games on the approved electronic games list of PAGCOR EGLD are titles from JILI. What exists is approval of the game content for use by operators that PAGCOR licenses, which is not an operator licence held by JILI; JILI holds no PAGCOR operator licence.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 4 JILI titles: Mega Ace, Charge Buffalo, Super Ace Deluxe, Money Coming.

JILI itself features Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Royal Fishing and Golden Empire as titles on its own pages. This is the studio promoting its own catalogue. What any casino carries is not stated by it, and neither is which of them have pages on this site.

Studios that JILI is mistaken for, along with JILI

TaDa Gaming is the usual source of confusion: several aggregators present the two as sister brands owned in common, and they attribute titles including Fortune Gems to TaDa rather than JILI. JILI’s own site is not where this comes from, industry commentary is, so it is presented as a conflation and not as a fact about ownership. Not to be confused with this studio: ‘Jili777’ was a separate, unlicensed entity whose brand ceased operating in January 2024.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

Return-to-player figures are not published by JILI on its own game pages. Third-party aggregation is the origin of any RTP for one of its titles that is quoted elsewhere, and those sources do not agree with each other. This site does not quote one.

Nowhere on its own game pages does JILI publish an RTP figure. The RTP field is missing from all fourteen official jiligames.com title pages, each of which was checked. The reason none is repeated here: aggregators quote figures regardless, and for one and the same title they can be as much as two points apart.

This matters more than it sounds. Without a primary source behind it, a return-to-player figure repeated across comparison sites is not evidence of anything; such a figure is only as good as its source.
