GCash maintenance today is posted by GCash itself, because a page written in advance cannot know whether the wallet is down. What this page can do is point to the places where GCash posts it, help you tell an outage from a fault on the sender’s side or your own phone, and tell you what to do with a pending cash-out meanwhile. GCash maintenance today: where GCash posts it
GCash keeps its notices in its own Help Center. The table lists the places and what each carried when the pages were read on 12 October 2026.

Open the Service Status page first, then the GCash Advisories section. Both sit in the Help Center, so read the live entry there rather than this table.
Cause 1: GCash has posted an advisory
The quickest answer is a matching notice. Advisory titles name the service, and the entry says what to do meanwhile.
The app or a service fails and you do not know why
Open the Help Center, read the Service Status page and the GCash Advisories section, and look for the service you were using. If a notice names it, follow that notice and stop retrying. If no notice matches, move to the next cause.
Read what the entry tells you to do. For example, the #MySaveUp by BPI entry on the Service Status page points readers to the BPI app or any BPI branch for their funds.
Cause 2: a partner bank or merchant is the one that is down
GCash does not run every service itself. On 12 October 2026 the three Service Status entries were partner banks in GSave, and an advisory said GCash was unavailable as a payment option for a list of online merchants.
One merchant or partner service fails while the rest of GCash works
Read the partner’s entry. GCash’s merchant advisory says it is unlinking GCash accounts connected to the listed merchants and sends an SMS once that is done. If you were unlinked from a merchant that is not on the list, GCash says to re-link on the merchant’s website.

Cause 3: the sender’s side or the network is the problem
A casino payout leaves the casino’s side first, then crosses a network to your wallet. Maya’s help pages state that a transfer hit by an outage is processed afterwards, and the Bangko Sentral’s InstaPay FAQ describes InstaPay as 24x7 and PESONet as banking days only.
GCash shows no notice, but the payout has not arrived
Ask the casino’s support whether the payout was sent and over which network, and give them your reference. A PESONet payout is not real time, so an arrival on the next banking day can be the normal schedule. Check the trace number page for the reference and the order to follow.
If the sending wallet is Maya, its own Service Availability page lists Bank transfer and Send money separately; it read “Everything is running smoothly” on 12 October 2026.
Cause 4: your own connection or app
When GCash lists nothing and the payout is on its way, the fault may be on your phone. GCash’s Subscription Center FAQ gives a short sequence for an app screen that will not open.
The GCash app will not load, or a screen fails to open
Update the GCash app, check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then restart your phone. On Android, GCash adds clearing the app cache under Settings > Apps/App Manager > GCash > Storage > Clear Cache. On iPhone, the device needs iOS 14 or later.

What to do with a pending cash-out meanwhile
A pending cash-out needs patience and one reference. Work through these in order.
- Keep the reference from the casino’s message or your wallet’s receipt.
- Do not repeat the withdrawal request; a second one creates a second payment to trace.
- Open Transactions in the GCash app. It shows the past 90 days, 15 at a time, with Load More.
- Read the Service Status page again after some time.
- If the number on your wallet changed recently, settle it first using the GCash change number steps.
