89PHP Reset Password: What the Forgot Password Panel Asks

To reset password details on the 89PHP lobby, you start from the Forgot Password? link on the login panel, not from a separate page. That link opens a recovery panel with three numbered steps, and the first asks for your mobile number. Below is the route as read on 12 October 2026, and what to do once you are back in.

Reset password in 5 steps

1. Tap Login in the lobby header and find the Forgot Password? link.
2. Open it to reach the panel headed “Forgot Password”.
3. Pass step one, Verify identity: your +63 mobile number and the control named Confirm.
4. Follow steps two and three as the lobby displays them.
5. Log in with the new password and update the entry saved in your browser.

Where the Forgot Password? link sits

The link is on the login panel, which is headed “Log in to your account”. It sits with the Remember Password tick-box and the Verify you are human box, above the wide submit control. You can open that panel from Login in the header, or from Deposit or Profile in the bottom bar while logged out.

Step one: Verify identity with your +63 number

The first step is the only one visible before you pass it. It asks for the same mobile number you log in with, typed after the +63 prefix. Type the digits without the leading 0, starting with 9, as in the made-up number 912 345 6789.

Password reset: what to do right after

Once the new password is set, three things keep it working.

1. Log in with the new password straight away, so a typo shows up now.
2. Update the saved copy. On iPhone, Apple’s help page says to open the Passwords app, select the website, tap Edit, then Change Password. In Chrome, Google’s help page lists Show, edit, delete, or export passwords under Manage saved passwords.
3. Choose a password you use nowhere else, because Google’s own page says a reused password that is stolen can compromise several accounts.

Never share a one-time code

The lobby’s notice, a safety message in Tagalog, says customer service staff do not contact players first. It also says a player should never share an account, a password or a one-time code.

1. Do not read a code out to anyone who contacts you first.
2. Do not type your password into a chat or form that someone sends you.
3. Start any support request yourself, through the lobby’s Message center.
