89PHP Save Password: The Lobby Tick-Box vs Your Browser
The lobby's Remember Password tick-box is ticked when the login panel opens, and your browser keeps its own list in Google Password Manager or the Passwords app.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Decide whose phone it is |
| Step 2 | Set the lobby's Remember Password tick-box |
| Step 3 | Answer the browser's offer |
| Step 4 | Check what is saved |
| Step 5 | Update or delete the entry |
To save password details on the 89PHP lobby you make two separate decisions, and the lobby only makes one of them for you. The lobby’s login panel carries a Remember Password tick-box, and your phone’s browser runs its own password list on top. The five steps below set both, and the sections after them show how to look at what is saved and how to remove it. If you have not found the panel yet, start with where the 89PHP login panel sits.
89PHP save password in 5 steps
- Decide whose phone it is. Save a password only on a phone that nobody else uses.
- Set the lobby’s Remember Password tick-box. It is ticked when the login panel opens.
- Answer the browser’s offer. Accept on your own phone and decline on any other.
- Check what is saved in Google Password Manager (Chrome) or the Passwords app (iPhone).
- Update the entry after a password reset, and delete it if the phone changes hands.
Two places that remember you
| Lobby tick-box | Chrome | iPhone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | Remember Password | Google Password Manager | Passwords app and AutoFill |
| Belongs to | The lobby’s login panel | Apple | |
| Starting state | Ticked when the panel opens | Asks when you enter a new password | Asks when you sign up or sign in |
| You change it | On the login panel | In Chrome or Android settings | In the Passwords app and Settings |
Nothing links the three. Deleting an entry in one does not clear the others, which is why the later sections cover each in turn.
Remember password: the lobby’s own tick-box
The login panel, read on 12 October 2026, lists the phone number field, Password, the Verify you are human box, the Remember Password tick-box and the Forgot Password? link. The tick-box is already ticked when the panel opens. The panel prints no note about what it keeps, so treat it as a convenience for your own phone only.
- Open Login in the lobby header.
- Find the Remember Password tick-box under the human check.
- Leave it ticked on your own phone, or tap it once to untick before you log in on another.
If you forgot the password itself, use the reset route on the reset password page instead of guessing.
Save a password in Chrome
Google’s help page for Chrome says Google Password Manager saves your passwords for different sites. When you are signed in to Chrome, passwords go to your Google Account and follow you across devices. When you are not signed in, Chrome stores them on the device only.
- Log in with your mobile number and password.
- When Chrome asks to save the new password, Google’s page says to tap Save.
- To switch the offer off on Android, open the Settings app, search for Password Manager, open its Settings and turn Offer to save passwords off.
Google’s page also lists the same manager at passwords.google.com for any browser.
Save a password on iPhone
Apple’s iPhone guide says iPhone stores passwords in the Passwords app or your chosen password manager and fills them in for you. When it asks whether to save the password, tapping Yes lets it fill the password in automatically later.
| To do this | Apple’s route |
|---|---|
| Turn AutoFill on or off | Settings, then General, then AutoFill & Passwords, then AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys |
| Fill a saved password | Tap the account name field, then the suggested account |
| Pick a strong password | Tap Use Strong Password on the suggestion |
View or delete a saved password
Apple’s help page for finding saved passwords gives these routes. On iOS 18 and later, open the Passwords app and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Select the website, then tap Edit to change the password or to delete it.
| Phone | View | Delete |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone, iOS 18 or later | Passwords app, then the website | Edit, then Delete |
| iPhone, iOS 17 or earlier | Settings, then Passwords, then the website | Delete Password |
| Chrome | Password Manager, then the entry | Google’s page lists Show, edit, delete, or export passwords |
Google’s help page for Chrome lists those actions under Manage saved passwords. Chrome’s screens move between versions, so follow the labels on your own screen.
When not to save a password
You are on a shared or borrowed phone
Untick the Remember Password tick-box before you log in, and decline when the browser offers to save. If an entry was saved by mistake, delete it from the password list before you hand the phone back.
You use a phone that other people know the passcode for
A saved password follows the screen lock, so anyone who knows your passcode can fill the password in. Keep the entry off that phone, and log in by typing the password each time.
A strong password worth saving
Google’s Password Manager page says that if you reuse passwords, one stolen password can compromise several accounts. Apple’s Passwords app page says the most secure password is often one you do not make yourself.
- Use a password found nowhere else in your accounts.
- Accept the browser’s suggested strong password if the lobby’s field takes it.
- Never share a one-time code or password with anyone who contacts you first.
The number you log in with also matters, so check the +63 country code page before you type it. If the login still fails, fixing a phone number login lists the causes.
