89PHP Maya Account Number: Wallet Number vs Savings Number

A Maya account number depends on the account: for the Maya wallet it is your Maya-registered mobile number, and for Maya Savings it is a separate 12-digit number shown under My Savings.

89PHP GCash NumberYour GCash number is the mobile number the wallet is registered to, and your GCash name is the name on that profile.
89PHP Trace NumberA trace number is the reference a transfer carries so the sender, the receiving bank or wallet and support can all find the same payment.

A Maya account number is not one thing: the wallet and the savings account each carry their own, and sending to the wrong one is the usual slip. The wallet side uses your registered mobile number; the savings side uses a longer number of its own. This page separates the two so the number you give a sender or a casino is the right one, and it fits into the withdrawal method basics as the Maya counterpart of a GCash number.

Maya account number: wallet number versus savings number

Maya’s own help center answers the question directly: your Maya Savings account number is different from the mobile number you used to create your Maya account. The two are shown side by side below.

Maya’s page also notes that you can move funds between your Maya Savings account and your Maya Wallet in either direction.

Where to find each number in the Maya app

The wallet number is the mobile number on your profile. For the savings number, Maya’s help page gives three steps.

  1. Log in to Maya and go to your Savings dashboard.
  2. Select My Savings.
  3. Read the 12-digit account number listed at the top of the screen under My Savings.

A second Maya page adds that the number also shows on the upper left of My Accounts, or under Account Details. If you ever change the registered mobile number, Maya’s route is Settings > Change mobile number, and the wallet number changes with it.

Which Maya number a transfer needs

The right number depends on where the money is going. Maya’s help center puts it in one rule, and its bank-transfer page adds a second.

Money is going toNumber to give
Your Maya WalletYour Maya-registered mobile number
Your Maya SavingsYour 12-digit savings account number
Another bank or e-wallet (InstaPay)The recipient’s bank or e-wallet account number, which may differ from their ATM or card number

Maya lists the reasons an InstaPay transfer fails, and an invalid or incorrect account number is the first. When a transfer fails or a payout does not show, keep its reference; the trace number page covers what to do with it.

When your Maya account number is not your mobile number

Your Maya account number is not your mobile number in exactly one case: the savings account. Take an example. A player registers a lobby with the 11-digit mobile number of their Maya wallet and then pastes the 12-digit savings number into a bank transfer form. Both are correct numbers, for two different accounts.

If a form asks for a “mobile number”, give the wallet number. If it asks for a “bank account number” for Maya Savings, give the 12-digit one. On the GCash side, the GCash linked accounts page shows how GCash lists what is tied to your wallet.

Maya at a casino: the one number to register

The 89PHP lobby’s pre-login “Important Notice” reads “THIS NUMBER IS YOUR GCASH / MAYA FOR WITHDRAWALS” and points at the phone number field. Its register panel prints “Wallet linked automatically” under that field, so the number to register is the mobile number of the Maya wallet in your own name.

  1. Read the registered mobile number in your Maya profile.
  2. Type it into the lobby’s phone number field after the +63 prefix, without the leading 0.
  3. Log in and open the entry named Withdraw; the method list, limits and fees are read there.
  4. Check the Maya wallet’s status page if a payout stalls; Maya’s service availability page lists Send money and Bank transfer separately.

FAQ

What is my Maya account number?

For your Maya Wallet, Maya's help page says to use your Maya-registered mobile number as the account number. For Maya Savings, use the separate 12-digit account number shown in the app.

Where do I find my Maya Savings account number?

Maya's help page says to log in, go to your Savings dashboard, select My Savings, and read the 12-digit number listed at the top of the screen.
