89PHP Contact: Corrections and Account Questions
This contact 89PHP guide separates two kinds of question that people mix up. One is about a page on this reference site. The other is about an account on the 89PHP lobby. They go to different places, and only the first belongs here.
Contact 89PHP guide: which route fits your question
Pick the row that matches what you need.
| Your question | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| A sentence on this site looks wrong | A correction for the 89PHP Team, prepared as below |
| You cannot log in, or a withdrawal looks stuck | The lobby’s own Message center |
| A message asks for your password or a code | Nobody; close it |
| You want to know who writes these pages | The about page for this site |
Account matters go to the lobby
This site cannot see your account and cannot act on it. For anything about logging in, a balance or a withdrawal, open the lobby’s Message center and write there. The 89PHP customer service steps show where the control sits and what a first message should carry.
How to describe a correction
This site publishes no inbox and no phone number, so there is no address to print here today. When a public address for corrections opens, it will be listed on this page and nowhere else. Until then, keep your correction ready in these three parts:
- The page path, for example /89php-withdrawal/.
- The sentence you think is wrong, copied exactly.
- The source that shows the right wording, with the body that published it and the date you read it.
A report with all three can be checked in one pass. A report with only an opinion cannot.
What a correction can change
A correction can fix a figure, a label or a step on a page when a primary source supports it. A correction cannot change what the lobby does, since the lobby is run by someone else. If you need the lobby to change something, take it to the Message center.
What happens to a correction once an address is listed
A complete correction is checked against the source you name. If the source supports it, the page is revised and the wording follows the source. If the source does not support it, the page stays as it is. You will not need to send documents, a photo of an ID or any account detail for this, so never include them.
Safety when you write to anyone
Never put a password, a wallet PIN or a one-time code in a correction. No genuine message from this site will ask for one either. If a message claims to come from the 89PHP Team and asks for money or a code, close it.
For the background on who writes the pages, read the about page for this site.
